As I stand in the centre of the East India Dock
Estate, I can't help to think about the past twenty years I have had a
relationship with it, but also the rich history of Business & Trade that
stems back to Queen Victoria, when this whole area must have been filled with
the hustle and bustle of so many tradesmen and tradeswomen loading and
unloading Ships from India and other parts of the world. Bringing and
taking business innovation to and from the four corners of the world,
A fitting location, I think for AK Enterprise
Solutions, where its soul is driven to support and inspire each and every business
to exceed in its aspirations. Its feelings engulfed with the belief that if your
business succeeds, that is the only success criteria for AKES.
Whilst
growing up at the edge of London on the border of Kent, I spent a significant
time around the East End; watching how it continued to develop into a thriving
heart of Business and what would become the prestigious London Docklands, with
its ever growing beautiful Skyline!
As
fate would have it, having spent time working for the giant Nortel Networks in
the late 90s; it was the turn of the Century and time for a new challenge! I
found myself standing at the East India DLR Station overlooking that now very
mature and mesmerising Docklands Skyline.
I just knew it at that point, I wanted to be here each and every day, be
part of the cultivation of business at its British Best!
It
was quite ironic when I then found myself back here through AKES, having spent
the best part of two decades working with some of the most prestigious of
global clients and building business technology solutions for them. It may seem full circle, but like myself the
estate has evolved to something quite amazing and very exciting.

to the beautiful and innovative settings of the East India estate AK Enterprise
